At the Golden Globe Awards ceremony early this morning, Emiliano Martinez won the award representing the best goalkeeper. The crowd erupted in boos when the big screen showed Martinez saving Muani’s shot in the World Cup final.
As the host of the awards ceremony, Drogba intervened and called on fans not to boo and respect the World Cup champions and winners .
