SportsTalk reported on January 7 that Vietnam women’s football international Tran Thi Thu (pictured right) held a wedding with her girlfriend Nguyen Thi Thuong in Ho Chi Minh City.
The same-sex couple started dating in 2022. This is also the first time a Vietnamese female football player has publicly married a same-sex person.
