SportsTalk, October 31st. The 2023 Golden Globe Awards were announced tonight. Messi won the Golden Globe Award for the eighth time.
Previously in 2012, Barcelona legendary star Cruyff said in an interview: “I have only won two Golden Balls. Award, the importance of the Ballon d’Or to a football player is self-evident. Winning one Ballon d’Or is enough to go down in history, but in my opinion, Messi will also win the Ballon d’Or and three Ballon d’Or in the future. This is just the beginning, Messi will win the fifth, sixth or even seventh Ballon d’Or.”
Note: Gram Ruyff’s original interview was like this, but he actually won three Ballon d’Ors in 1971, 1973, and 1974.
